Exhibition Overview

Since 1976 , the Individual Artist Fellowship Program has been awarding Florida artists monetary fellowships in recognition of their outstanding work and superb talent. The program awards fellowships in the disciplines of Visual Arts (both 2 and 3 dimensional), Folk Arts, Media Arts, Dance, Theatre, Music, Interdisciplinary, and Literature. Individual Artist Fellowship awards of $5,000 each are used to support the artist’s general career achievements over the fellowship period. This exhibition highlights the work of the recipients of the 2006 fellowship awards in visual arts.
