Local Businesses Learn How to Transition From
"Business As Usual" to Business As Sustainable"

WHAT:

Mayor Buddy Dyer and the City of Orlando are proud to
introduce Green Works Business. This educational program is designed to
share best practices on how businesses can bridge the gap between
traditional business interests and the interests of preserving and
protecting the environment and building a more sustainable society.
Green Works Business will provide an open forum that will
expose businesses to new ways of measuring their bottom line. Workshop
participants will learn how local companies made this shift and have
embraced environmental and social accountability.
Representatives from the City of Orlando, OUC, Lynx,
HD Supply, Perkins and Will and Pepsi/ Frito Lay will share how their
company’s profits and operations go hand-in-hand with environment and
social performance.
