This plant is a low maintenance ground cover.  Weeping Lantana is a good candidate for containers and planters.  The plant is fast growing, easy to propagate and the continuous summer blooms will attract butterflies.

Pets have reportedly become ill after ingesting lantana. 

Fun Facts
Caterpillars form their chrysalis, or cocoon, on these plants.  So, if you want to enjoy increased numbers of butterflies in your yard, leave the caterpillars alone!
