Rates*:
        ●  $1.00 for the first 30 minutes. (30 minutes or less only)
       ●  Per Hour:  $2.00 hour / $15.00 daily max. Some exclusions apply.    
       ●  Evening & Event:  $10.00 cash fee upon arrival or prepaid parking.

The monthly limited  (Monday-Friday/6 a.m.-6 p.m.) parking rate is $70.00 + tax, unlimited $105.00 + tax. Call the Parking Division at 407.246.2155 for monthly parking availability.


Directions:

  • Coming westbound from 408 East.  Exit I-4 East.  Merge and stay in the right lane on
    I-4 East.  Exit Amelia Ave (Exit 83A).  Stay in left lane on the off ramp.  Turn left on Amelia Ave. at bottom of ramp.  Continue on Amelia Ave. to Revere St.  Turn left on Revere St.  The garage entrance will be on your left in approx 75'. Or, you can turn left on Hughey Ave., immediately get into your right lane where another garage entrance will be on your right in approx. 100'. 
     

  • Coming eastbound from 408 West.  Exit I-4 East.  Merge and stay in the right lane on
    I-4 East.  Exit Amelia Ave (Exit 83A).  Stay in left lane on the off ramp.  Turn left on Amelia Ave. at bottom of ramp.  Continue on Amelia Ave. to Revere St.  Turn left on Revere St.  The garage entrance will be on your left in approx 75'. Or, you can turn left on Hughey Ave., immediately get into your right lane where another garage entrance will be on your right in approx. 100'. 
     

  • Coming eastbound from I-4 West.  Continue on I-4 past the Amway Center to Amelia Ave (exit 83A).  Turn left on Amelia Ave. at bottom of ramp.  Continue on Amelia Ave. to Revere St.  Turn left on Revere St.  The garage entrance will be on your left in approx 75'. Or, you can turn left on Hughey Ave., immediately get into your right lane where another garage entrance will be on your right in approx. 100'. 
     

  • Coming westbound from I-4 East- Get off at Exit 84, Ivanhoe Blvd./Colonial Dr.. This is a two lane exit.  Do not exit onto Ivanhoe Blvd.   Continue past Ivanhoe Blvd. to the Colonial Dr. exit. There are three lanes at the end of the Colonial Dr. exit ramp. Stay in the middle lane and continue across Colonial Dr.  The road becomes Hughey Ave.  Continue on Hughey Ave. to Amelia St. Turn right on Amelia St. Continue on Amelia Ave. to Revere St.  Turn left on Revere St.  The garage entrance will be on your left in approx 75'. Or, you can turn left on Hughey Ave., immediately get into your right lane where another garage entrance will be on your right in approx. 100'. 
     

  • Walking Directions to the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center. After you park, please make sure you leave your parking receipt on your dashboard and lock your car. Exit the garage walking on the same side you drove through but use the stairwell exit doors or the double glass doors near the entrance.  Please don’t walk through the driveways. The brick building you run into as soon as you walk out of the garage is the Bob Carr Theatre.  You can walk around to the entrance on the opposite side of the building either to the left or to the right.  Please use crosswalks and controlled intersections.
