Monday - Friday 5:30 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Open for events only on weekends. Closes 2 hours after weekend events end.

Rates:
      ●   $1.00 for the first 30 minutes.
      ●   Early Bird Special: $8.00 (Enter before 7a.m., exit by 5 p.m.)
     ●   Per Hour: $2.00 hour / $15.00 daily max. Some exclusions apply.
       ● Diner Special: $6.00 (enter between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. excludes events)
       ● Evening & Event:  $10.00 cash fee upon arrival or prepaid parking.
       ● Amway Center Events: $10.00 cash fee upon arrival or prepaid parking.

Monthly:
Limited parking is $110.00 + tax. Unlimited monthly parking is $165.00 + tax. Call the Parking Division for monthly parking availability at 407.246.2155.

Directions:
       ● Coming westbound from 408 East. Exit Mills Ave (Exit #11b). Merge onto South
           St. at bottom of ramp. Get into your right hand lane when you can. Continue on South
           St. to Summerlin Ave. Turn right onto Summerlin Ave. Follow Summerlin Ave. to
           Livingston St. Turn left onto Livingston St. Follow Livingston St. to Rosalind Ave.
           Turn right onto Rosalind Ave. and merge immediately into your left lane. The
           courthouse garage entrance will be on your right hand side approx 150' .
           If you miss that entrance: Continue on Rosalind Ave. to the next traffic signal
           which is Amelia Ave. Turn left on Amelia Ave. Follow Amelia to Orange, turn
           left and stay left, the Courthouse Garage entrance will be immediately on your
           left approx in 100'.

Coming eastbound from 408 West. Exit Orange Ave (exit #10c). Turn right on Orange Ave. (becomes Rosalind Ave.) then follow Rosalind Ave., merge into far left lane, stay left and pass Livingston St., then look on left for Garage entry in approx. 150'.
Coming eastbound from I-4 West. Continue on I-4 past the Amway Center to Amelia Ave (exit 83A). At the end of the exit ramp turn fully right onto Amelia Ave. Follow Amelia Ave., staying in the right lane to Orange Ave. Turn right onto Orange Ave. merging into the left lane look for Courthouse Garage entrance on your left. If you pass this entrance continue in left lane to Livingston St. signal. Turn left on Livingston St. and follow Livingston St to Rosalind Ave. Turn left on Rosalind Ave. Stay left and garage entry will be approx 150' on the left.
Coming westbound from I-4 East- Get off at Exit 84, Ivanhoe Blvd./Colonial Dr. This is a two lane exit. Do not exit onto Ivanhoe Blvd. Continue past Ivanhoe Blvd. to the Colonial Dr. exit. There are three lanes at the end of the Colonial Dr. exit. Stay in the left turn lane. Turn left onto Colonial Dr. Stay right and make a right onto Orange Ave. Follow same directions as above from Orange Ave. Turn right onto Orange Ave. merging into the left lane look for Courthouse Garage entrance on your left. If you pass this entrance continue in left lane to Livingston St. signal. Turn left on Livingston St. and follow Livingston St to Rosalind Ave. Turn left on Rosalind Ave. Stay left and garage entry will be approx 150' on the left.
Walking Directions to the Lymmo free bus. After you park please make sure you leave your parking receipt on your dashboard and lock your car. Exit the garage thru the elevator landing glass doors or stairwell doors. The elevator landing doors will bring you through the courtyard straight ahead to the Livingston St. Lymmo stop, (benches and kiosk). Get on the Lymmo bus there.

          The Lymmo bus will take you on a loop thru downtown Orlando. Bus runs approx. every
          10 minutes. We recommend you exit the bus at either South St. near Orange Ave. where
          you will walk east (towards city hall) across Orange Ave., and see the Amway Center
          straight ahead or at the Magnolia Ave. and Central Blvd. stop, where you will walk east
          (toward and past the Orange County History Center). Continue east past the history
          center, past Orange Ave. to Garland Ave. where when you look to your left you will see
          the Amway Center a block away.
