  • Church Street from Hughey Avenue to Orange Avenue and Bob Snow Lane from Garland Avenue to Hughey Avenue will be closed on Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 8 am until 6 pm for the “Church Street District Car Show.” For event information, contact (321) 202-5855.
  • On Saturday, May 19 from 9 am until approximately 10:30 am Streets in the Downtown area will be temporarily closed or delayed for the for the “Aids Walk Orlando 2012.” Click here for a map of the route. For event information, contact 407.645.2577.
     
  • Eola Drive from Robinson Street to Washington Street and Washington Street from Eola Drive to the cul de sac will be closed May 12 at 8 am until 4 am May 13 for “Chillounge.” For event information contact 941.448.0995.
     
  • Orange Avenue from Concord to Livingston and Ameila Street between Garland Avenue and Magnolia Avenue will be closed for the following events. The closure dates and times are listed for each event. For event information, contact 321.281.2000
    • WMMO Downtown Concert Series, May 26 at 6 am until May 27 at 4 am
    • Star 94.5 Old School Block Party June 2 at 6 am until June 3 at 4 am
       
  • Central Boulevard from Magnolia Avenue to Orange Avenue will be closed from 4 am on Sunday, May 27 until 2 am on Monday, May 28 for the “Orlando Surf Rock Festival.” For event information, contact 407.489.4522.
     
  • Robinson Street from Rosalind Avenue to Summerlin Avenue and Eola Drive from Robinson Street to Washington Street will be closed for the “Make m Smile” event beginning at 6 pm on June 1. The closures will remain in place until 4 pm on Saturday, June 2. For event information, contact 407.857.8224.
     
  • The Right Lane on South Street approaching Rosalind Avenue has been converted to a Right Turn Only Lane due to construction associated with the South Street Realignment. Through traffic should use the Left and Center Lanes.
     
  • The Left Lane on Rosalind Avenue approaching South Street has been converted to a Left Turn Only Lane due to construction associated with the South Street Realignment. Through traffic should use the Right and Center Lanes.
     
  • The Right Lane on Hughey Avenue from Washington Street to Central Boulevard is closed for construction activities at the Federal Courthouse. The closure is expected to remain in place until June 30, 2012.
     
  • Magnolia Avenue from Anderson Street to South Street and South Street from Magnolia Avenue to Orange Avenue (eastbound direction only) are closed for construction associated with the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center.
    Projected opening date is July of 2014
