FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Facilities Management is a service support Division, which maintains the city’s buildings. Our Clients are City employees.

In buildings and other facilities, we have ongoing preventative maintenance as well as a service call person for Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and General repair on duty from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. An after hour response is provided via cellular telephone for all other times of the day and weekend.

We also provide Plumbing, A/C, Painting, Electrical, Locksmith, and General Construction services for existing and new construction.
