Mission Statement

To maintain and repair City of Orlando vehicles and equipment to achieve their maximum economic service life and lowest lifetime maintenance costs with minimum amount of downtime.

Welcome

Fleet Management supports City operations through maintenance and the replacement of the City’s fleet. This fleet includes police cruisers, fire apparatus, solid waste trucks, motorcycles and all other City equipment. Our clients are City employees.

Ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness, while serving the client’s needs is Fleet Management’s goal.

Service Writer operation is available from 6:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Mechanics shift is 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If a temporary vehicle is required, it can be reserved on line.
