Real Estate Management
Real Estate Management acquires and leases real estate for
City purposes, disposes of City surplus property, leases City property
to the public, maintains real
property records, orders title searches and appraisals, and provides information regarding City-owned real
estate.
Occasionally, the City determines that
a City-owned property is not needed and is deemed surplus. We hope
to bring this information on-line in the near future.
The Orange County Property Appraiser

The Orange County Tax Collector has a web site
which provides real estate tax information.
