Real Estate Management

Real Estate Management acquires and leases real estate for City purposes, disposes of City surplus property, leases City property to the public, maintains real property records, orders title searches and appraisals, and provides information regarding City-owned real estate.

Occasionally, the City determines that a City-owned property is not needed and is deemed surplus.  We hope to bring this information on-line in the near future.

The Orange County Property Appraiser provides information for all property within Orange County, which includes the City of Orlando.  For information on property ownership, address, parcel identification, sales history, etc.,  contact the Orange County Property Appraiser at:  www.ocpafl.org and go to “record searches”.

The Orange County Tax Collector has a web site which provides real estate tax information.  To view tax information:    www.octaxcol.com.

The Orange County Comptroller records, indexes and archives all of the documents which create the Official Records of Orange County.  Approximately 1,500 new documents are recorded each day.  To view all recorded documents by date and time of recordation, visit:  Comptroller's public records.

For information on City of Orlando issued property liens, contact: accounts receivable
