Sec. 7.04. Supplementary
General Principles of
Laws Applicable
Unless specifically displaced by
particular provisions of this Code, the principles of law and
equity, the Uniform Commercial Code,
the Law Merchant, the law relative to capacity to contract,
principal and agent, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion,
mistake
or bankruptcy
shall supplement the provisions of this Code.
