Sec. 7.05. Requirement of
Good Faith;
Background Investigation
This Code requires all parties
involved in the bidding, proposing, negotiation, performance, or
administration of City contracts to
act in good faith. As part of the evaluation process, the City may
conduct a background investigation, including a record check
by
the Orlando Police Department, of bidders and proposers.
Submission of a bid or proposal constitutes acknowledgment
of
this process and consent to such investigation.
