Sec. 7.09. Appointment of
Director; Compensation
A. The
Director shall be appointed by the Mayor, upon recommendation of
the Chief Administrative Officer, subject to approval by the City
Council, and shall receive such compensation as is duly
appropriated therefor.
B. The
Director shall be bonded by the City in the sum of one million
dollars ($1,000,000). (Ord.
