Sec. 7.13. Exemptions
Unless otherwise ordered by policy, the following
supplies/services shall not be procured through the Bureau of
Purchasing and Materials Management, but shall nevertheless be
procured, wherever applicable, in accordance with the requirements

Dues
Employee service, achievement or M.E.R.I.T.S. awards

(Including banquets and similar food services)

Landscape Architectural Services
Legal Advertising
Legal Services (Including attorney, paralegal, expert witness,
appraisal, or mediator services)
Pensions
Public Art
Salaries
Taxes
