Sec. 7.19.
Small Purchase (Field Purchase Order)
A. Any
procurement not exceeding the amount of $1,000.00 may be made in
accordance with small purchase (field purchase order or
procurement card) procedures promulgated by the Director provided,
however, that procurement requirements shall not be artificially
divided so as to constitute a small purchase under this section.
B. Any
purchase exceeding the maximum amount must be made in accordance
with procedures outlined in Sections 7.16 through 7.18.
