Directions to
Obtain
City of Orlando Bid Documents/Addendums
We at the Office of Purchasing want
to make your bid
process a breeze from start to finish! Follow these
easy
directions to access and download current City
of Orlando bid documents or addendums 24 hours a
day from the comfort of your home or office.
First,
click on Current Bid Info (Second link down) in
the beige box on the right hand side of this page marked
“Links", or click on the bold blue icon to the right
that says, VENDORS! Click Here to View Bids and Bid
Awards. You will now see the Procurement List.
Make sure
you view this page frequently to assure that you download
all necessary Addendum(s). Remember that all
Addendum(s) must be acknowledged with your
completed bid package.
If you
would like to view all active City of Orlando bids
that are available, click on the scroll down box at the
top of the page and choose active, then Search.
You
may also view bids that are Awarded, Cancelled,
Deleted, Open/Under Evaluation, and also
any bids that are under Recommendation of Award.
Scroll
down until you see the bid you are interested
in and then look over to the far right. Click on
download/order.
You
will then be directed through
DemandStar. com's website.
Be
advised that you are
not signing up with Demandstar at this time; you
are simply downloading a bid/addenda for free.
If you are already a member, you would simply login
your username and password.
If
you are not a member
of DemandStar.com, however, you would need to click on
Create Profile.
You will
then need to fill out a short questionnaire
about your company.
This information
is needed in case
there are any addendum(s), you will be notified.
After
the form is complete, you will be taken to the
Membership
Agreement page. After you have read the
Agreement,
click on Finish.
You will
now be on the Request Bid Package page. You
should see your bid below in a .pdf format. Under
Action
on the far right, click on Download. Don't forget, you
will need to have Adobe Acrobat in order to view
any
bid/addendum.
If you
do not have Adobe already, you
can download it for free or
at the bottom of the Request
Bid Package page, or by clicking
n the Adobe Acrobat
icon below.
If
you are having trouble downloading a bid/addendum for any
