Onvia DemandStar Basic
·
Basic Supplier members are granted login access to the Onvia
DemandStar system to perform searches, at no cost to register.
·
This service does not include notification of solicitations for
bids, proposals, and price quotes through the system.
·
Documents can be electronically downloaded at a cost of $5.00
per project.
·
Hard copy delivery of specifications and plans continue to be
available for an additional charge.
·
The registration process for this service is operated through an
online system.
Onvia DemandStar Free Agency
·
Single agency subscriptions are available on a complimentary
basis.
·
This service includes full access to the Onvia DemandStar
system, including notification of solicitations for bids,
proposals, and price quotes through the system, plus free
electronic document downloads, under the condition that the
vendor’s membership is linked to the purchasing member agency
through the system.
·
Documents can be electronically downloaded at a cost of $5.00
per project, for access to the documents of Onvia DemandStar
member buyers that are outside of the selected service area.
·
Hard copy delivery of specifications and plans continue to be
available for an additional charge.
·
The registration process for this service is operated through an
online system.
Onvia DemandStar Select
·
This service includes notification of purchase solicitations
from Onvia DemandStar member agencies in up to four (4) county
areas at the price of $100 per year.
·
This service includes full access to the Onvia DemandStar
system, including notification of solicitations for bids,
proposals, and price quotes through the system, plus free
electronic document downloads.
·
Hard copy delivery of specifications and plans continue to be
available for an additional charge.
·
The registration process for this service is operated through an
online system.

The Onvia Guide

The Onvia Guide is a daily report customized and prepared for
each client. It contains all of the relevant sales opportunities
uncovered each day from over 73,000 public purchasing offices.
Please note that this service provides you with leads from
federal, state, municipal, and education entities.

This service also includes complete access to the Onvia
DemandStar system, including notification of solicitations for
bids, proposals, and price quotes through the system, plus free
document downloads.
·
Hard copy delivery of specifications and plans are available for
an additional charge.
·
Pricing of this dependent upon the geographic area covered by
the service and additional features that may be included in the
service.
Onvia Business Builder
·
Onvia Business Builder is an online database system providing
rich access to historical purchasing information and value added
intelligence such as planholders lists, bid results and buyer
contacts from over 73,000 public purchasing offices.
·
Pricing of this service is dependent upon the geographic area
covered by the service and additional features that may be
included in the service.
·
The service includes delivery of The Onvia Guide and full access
to the Onvia DemandStar system.
