City of Orlando residents are eligible to receive assistance from federal disaster relief programs to recover and rebuild damaged homes, businesses, and other property. These federal programs provide a number of grants, loans, temporary rental assistance, unemployment payments, loans for small businesses, and crisis counseling for affected individuals.
To apply for assistance, go to DisasterAssistance.gov or call 1.800.621.3362. For those who have speech disability or hearing loss and use TTY, should call 1.800.462.7585 directly. For those who use 711 or video relay service (VRS), call 1.800.621.3362.
