We’ve launched a prototype website, alpha.orlando.gov, to make our website more user-friendly and provide a space for staff to test and update a variety of our online services.
Some of the services available for testing include: report a pothole, report a code enforcement violation, find a park, request a recycling bin and more.
The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive strategy to improve our online services by making them more user-friendly to our residents as well as our staff, and use our findings as guiding principles for all City-to-resident interactions.
