Watch: HOLA celebrates 10th anniversary
ORLANDO (CityofOrlando.net) – The City of Orlando’s Hispanic Office for Local Assistance (HOLA) helps residents have easy access to information and resources. HOLA offers bilingual information and referral services to residents and newcomers.
HOLA guides those who need that extra help but just don’t know where to start. When visiting the HOLA outreach center, residents are able to meet with a well experienced staff that provides the local resources in which they need. The center also provides services like in-house information, computers and bilingual personnel.
Some resources provided by HOLA include:
- Employment advice
- Education placement
- ESOL
- Housing information
The office also offers training and opportunities that assist those who want to expand their business development and further their careers.
Another service offered by HOLA is information on workshops and training on topics including arts and culture, financial tools, health, housing and transportation.
