On December 11, Mayor Buddy Dyer joined with the Florida Real Estate Foundation, Wells Fargo, the Orlando REALTOR Association, City Commissioners Regina I. Hill and Tony Ortiz and his Veterans Advisory Council to celebrate the closing of six Parramore lots where the future Heroes’ Commons at Jefferson Park housing complex will be built.
Heroes’ Commons will offer affordable mortgage-free, single-family homes to income-qualified veterans and other law enforcement officers and public safety personnel.
“The City is honored to partner with the Florida Real Estate Foundation by donating six residential lots,” Mayor Dyer said. “This project is especially exciting as it provides an excellent opportunity for the City to partner with the private sector in recognizing the sacrifice and service of six deserving veterans and their families.”
