ORLANDO (CityofOrlando.net) – With thousands of visitors a year and 16 courts to choose from, the Orlando Tennis Center has been an iconic facility for decades.
“The Center is a meeting point for tennis players, whether they are new in town or have time for their favorite sport,” tennis center manager Thomas Sweitzer said.
The facility is open to the public, so residents can visit and enjoy the sport of tennis. Located in Downtown Orlando behind the Downtown Recreation Center, OTC provides opportunities for players to sharpen their skills and meet other players.
The facility is open to players of all ages. The center offers affordable monthly membership plans and also has private lessons and group clinics. Five hard courts and 11 clay courts are available at OTC, which is open 362 days per year.
“OTC is a great place for local tennis players who want open play,” Sweitzer added.
