May is Historic Preservation Month, and you can explore history in The City Beautiful by taking a self-guided Downtown Orlando Historic Walking Tour.
The self-guided tour is mobile friendly and will help you visit 28 buildings. The tour highlights architectural and historical information about some of Orlando’s oldest buildings including the Wells’Built Hotel, Old Orlando Railroad Depot and the Kress Building.
A key part of our City’s plan for strategic growth is recognizing, preserving and celebrating our past. The walking tour helps celebrate our past, honors Orlando’s rich history and further enhances our Downtown and Parramore neighborhoods and the experiences they provide for residents and guests.” – Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer
