CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION
Beginning the week of Monday, August 27, 2018, the first floor of City Hall will be closed for renovation, and will not be accessible.
How To Enter City Hall
All visitors to City Hall will enter via the pedestrian bridge located on the 3rd floor of the City Commons garage. If you park in the City Commons garage, take the elevator to the third floor to access the bridge.
Human Resources Relocation
Human Resources will be located on the 9th floor.
Permitting Services Relocation
During the renovation, Permitting Services will be temporarily located on the second floor.
New Permitting Services Hours: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Permitting Services Appointments
Save time and make an appointment. Customers who make an appointment will not have to wait in line to check-in, and may proceed directly to security to be admitted into City Hall.
Permitting Services Walk-Ins
For customers who do not wish to make an appointment, we suggest getting in line remotely before visiting City Hall. Guests who get-in-line remotely will receive updates via text letting them know how much time is left before they are seen by staff. Walk-in customers without an appointment are required to check-in with permitting technicians who will be stationed outside of City Hall security on the pedestrian bridge.
Once through security, guests will proceed to the Permitting Customer Care Center, located on the second floor of City Hall.
