Key Municipal Planning Board Items

These items are scheduled to go before the Municipal Planning Board (MPB) on July 17, 2018. Description: Chapter 61 Part 3 of the City Code provides standards and regulations for off street parking for various land uses include the number of spaces required and allowed, location of parking, and dimensions for parking facilities. Part 3 also provides standards for bicycle parking and freight loading and unloading facilities as well as landscaping requirements for parking facilities.
