Key Municipal Planning Board Items

These items are scheduled to go before the Municipal Planning Board (MPB) on August 15, 2017.   Please check back periodically for links to the individual staff reports.   The list of cases being heard by the MPB changes often, with projects being deferred, withdrawn, etc.  Prior to the meeting, you can contact Lourdes Diaz at lourdes.diaz@cityoforlando.net or 407.246.3365 to confirm if the case is scheduled for this month’s meeting.

Project Name: ADC NORTH PHASE 4 SPMP
Case Address: 4752 Judge Rd., south of Judge Rd., east of Conway Rd., north of Lake Marie Prairie, west of Shadowridge Dr. (+11.6 acres).
Case Number: MPL2017-00028
Description:
Specific Parcel Master Plan for the next phase of the Judge Meadow Planned Development. Proposed is a 173,321 sq. ft. warehouse facility with associated surface parking.

Project Name: LAKE NONA PD AMENDMENT PARCEL 22A
Case Address:
South of State Rd. 417, north and west of Lake Nona Blvd. (+136.96 acres).

Description:
Request to amend the approved height table in Section 1.6(E) of the Lake Nona Planned Development Ordinance to allow for a maximum height limit of 16 stories (maximum currently 10 stories). The increased height limit will accommodate the development of a hotel within the Lake Nona Town Center.

Description: Amend Figure CI-14 and Policy 2.2.30 of the Capital Improvements Element (CIE) to reflect FY2017-2018 to FY2021-2022 Capital Improvements Program (CIP), and to recommend that the City Council include the CIE projects in the 2017/18 – 2021/22 CIP.
