Community Rainbow Run
8:00 a.m.
Come out and honor the 49 lives lost in the Pulse tragedy, and celebrate our diverse backgrounds that brought us all together in the healing process following that tragic day.

Part of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Zebra Coalition, a local organization that provides essential services for LGBT+youth at risk or in need of a safe haven and the OnePULSE Foundation founded by Barbara Poma, the owner of the Pulse Nightclub. for detailed information and registration Click Here

Community Connections Workshop Series Presents: Condominium Mandatory HOA Legislative  Update.
9:00 – 12 p.m.
Learn about the most recent changes to the Florida Statues that regulate condominium and mandatory homeowners and property associations. This workshop will be divided into condominium law and mandatory HOA/property association law. You will have the opportunity to ask an attorney questions pertaining to mandatory associations. The attorneys will answer general legal questions regarding mandatory association governance, grievances or appeals processes, official organization records requirements, association/member disputes, reserve funding requirements, how to legally deal with foreclosures, association rules, and more. Pulse Remembrance through music and poetry

Come and enjoy of this free event. Local band Sugar City will perform their song “World of Love,” which was inspired by the Pulse tragedy and recorded at the Melrose Center. Local poets will read poems they composed in memory of the events of June 12, 2016.

The annual Family Cafe will bring together a truly staggering array of information, training and resources in a single location where families of individuals with disabilities  can find out what services and supports are available, interact with state agency representatives, and network with other families from throughout Florida that share your experiences.
