I, Commissioner Regina I. Hill, am filled with joy to welcome you to our web page. Here we can help you connect with City services, find out ways to get involved, as well as keep you up to date on what is happening in District 5 and around the City Beautiful. District 5 is home to many great neighborhoods, such as Parramore, Rock Lake, Ivey Lane, the Mercy Drive Corridor and many more.
