Mayor Dyer, Commissioner Lynum and WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA Open Community Venues BLUEPRINT Employment Office

WHAT:

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer is celebrating the opening of the Community Venues BLUEPRINT Employment Office by holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Community Open House. The BLUEPRINT Employment Office is a one-stop location designed to help residents overcome barriers to employment. Residents can access job databases and consult with job placement specialists.

As part of the Community Venue projects, the City and its partners have committed to providing jobs and training opportunities for Central Florida residents. This office provides a central location for residents looking to work on the Community Venues projects.

The operating hours of the BLUEPRINT Employment Office are Monday through Friday 8am -5pm.

The BLUEPRINT is the City of Orlando program developed to ensure the Community Venue projects – the Events Center, the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, and the renovation of the Citrus Bowl – strengthen the Central Florida community.
