Mayor Dyer Shares Thanksgiving Blessing
at Salvation Army of Orlando

WHAT:
|
Mayor Dyer will volunteer at the 16th annual Helpings
from the Heart Thanksgiving Meal, serving over 20,000 meals on
Thanksgiving Day. Held at The Salvation Army, it is one of the largest
Thanksgiving meals in the country. Last year,
more than 18,500 people were served and this year more are expected.
With the help of local Orlando chefs and 1,200 volunteers, turkey and
all the fixins' will be dished out to guests.
