Click on image to see complete rendering. The City’s Housing Department acquired approximately 6 acres of land in the Parramore neighborhood on and surrounding the Parramore Village Site. Today, the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the redevelopment of the Parramore Village site will be issued and information is now available for interested parties at City Hall. This process will be followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP). Over 40 new housing units are expected as part of this redevelopment.

In an effort to promote new homeownership in Parramore, the City is developing a program to offer single-family, low-density incentive programs and tax increment rebate programs offered through the Community Redevelopment Agency for the development of moderate and market rate single-family housing.
