Mayor Dyer will deliver his budget address for fiscal year 2005/2006 to Orlando City Commissioners at 10:00 a.m. in Orlando City Council Chambers, which will also air live on Orange T.V. Following the address, Mayor Dyer’s speech will be posted on the City of Orlando’s website at www.cityoforlando.net.
