Director,

Beryl H."Berri" Davis, CPA, C.G.F.M.
Berri has served as the Director since 1985. She is responsible
for the overall direction of the office and serves as an advisor to the
Mayor on various City issues. Berri previously worked in public
accounting and private industry. She has also served with distinction on
many professional committees and boards.

Audit Services and Management Support -
George J. McGowan, CPA
George has been with the City since 1988. George is responsible
for the management of the office, including the annual budget and risk
assessment processes. George manages the Fraud Investigation and
Information System Audit functions and is periodically assigned
Performance Audit projects.

Mona Mellon, CPA
Mona has been with the Office since 1998 and is currently
responsible for the Performance and Compliance Audit functions.
She previously worked in audit, taxation and management consulting with
CPA firms.

Jack Sirak, CPA
Jack has been with the Office since 2000 and is
responsible for the Revenue Audit function. He brings experience
as an Audit Manager with major international firms in private industry.

Christopher Polke
Chris has been with the City since 2003. He
brings accounting and budgetary experience from the City's General
Administration Department. He is responsible for the strategic planning
and performance measurement functions throughout the City.

Auditor -
Laurel Stevenson
Laurel joined the City in April 2008. She brings academic and
professional experience in finance and accounting with local colleges
and private accounting firms.
Management Analyst -
Ion Luchin
Ion joined the City in January 2007. He brings experience in
consulting and management analysis.
Administrative Assistant -
Annette Madden
Annette has been with the Office since 1993. Annette provides
administrative support to six professionals and serves as secretary to
the Audit Board..
