 Did your child become four years old on or before September 1, 2004? Does your child qualify for the Free and Reduced Meals program? Does your child live in the attendance zone of one of the 12 participating schools? If your answer is YES to all of the above, then he or she may qualify for the Mayor’s pre-kindergarten program during the 2004-05 school year.
