Orlando Magic Player Carlos Arroyo and District 2 City Commissioner Betty T. Wyman Share Thanksgiving Blessings with Local Families

WHAT: Orlando Magic Guard Carlos Arroyo is donating turkeys and the trimmings to 150 families for an early Thanksgiving celebration at the Englewood Neighborhood Center with Commissioner Betty T. Wyman.

BACKGROUND: Mayor Dyer, Commissioners and the City are organizing and participating in several holiday-giving programs to assist those Orlando residents and families most in need. From collecting toys to providing meals, the City is committed to helping families celebrate the holiday season.

As part of the Magic’s continuing commitment to the community efforts, this Thanksgiving, players and staff will make their presence felt in Central Florida.
