ORLANDO DISTRICT 6 CITY COMMISSIONER SWEARING-IN CEREMONY

WHAT: On Monday, February 19, 2007, Interim District 6 City Commissioner Samuel B. Ings will be officially sworn in to fill the permanent vacancy for the District 6 seat. The term begins this Monday and will end on May 31, 2008.

In December, Governor Bush entered an executive order under state law that left a permanent vacancy for the District 6 City Commission seat.
