ORLANDO, Fla. (April 14, 2004) – Mayor Buddy Dyer and District 5 Commissioner Daisy W. Lynum invite the public to the groundbreaking ceremony for Rock Lake Park and Community Center at 408 N. Tampa Ave.

The new community center will feature a park and tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, playground and walking trail.
