COMMITMENT TO MENTORING YOUTH
AS CITY OF ORLANDO VOLUNTEER COACHES
Terry Bowden, After School All-Stars &
the City of Orlando’s Recreation Division
Thank Local Volunteer Coaches and Offer Free Football Camp to Youth
WHAT: Today, more than 150 outstanding City
league basketball, football and baseball youth coaches will be recognized by
well-known Football Coach and ABC National Sportscaster Terry Bowden, Orlando
District 2 Commissioner and After School All-Star’s Chairman Betty Wyman, and
the City of Orlando’s Recreation Division for their dedication to coach and
mentor Orlando’s
youth.
Additionally, on Saturday, July 9, Terry Bowden, the City and After School All
Stars will host a FREE, one-day football camp for
children ages 7–14 – the Terry Bowden Junior Football Camp – at Thunder Field.
This FREE camp is open to local youth
who are interested in learning the fundamentals of football. More experienced
youth players are also encouraged to attend, and
will have the opportunity to learn new football techniques and develop their
