Public Safety Drill
Downtown Orlando
June 25, 2003

The exercise began with an explosion on
a tanker truck on Church Street near Orange Avenue that spread an
unknown chemical into the air.

Firefighters arriving on the scene find several casualties on the
sidewalks and road.

After determining the leaking chemical was chlorine, firefighters
begin decontaminating victims.
