submit the completed MFBCMG application with all applicable attachments by 5:00
p.m. on October 17, 2008 to the
City of Orlando, Mayor’s Matching Grant Program, Office of Neighborhood &
Community Affairs, P.O. Box 4990, Orlando, FL 32802-4990.
Applications may
be completed on-line, delivered to the Office of Neighborhood & Community
Affairs or postmarked no later than October 17, 2008.
Please note: incomplete applications will not be considered and will be returned
to the applicant.
