Mayor’s Neighborhood Matching Grants
Purpose
The Mayor's Neighborhood Matching Grants (MNMG) program was established in 1994
to provide funding for neighborhood improvements that address neighborhood needs
and improve the quality of life in City of Orlando neighborhoods. Grant funds
are available annually, with awards ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 and are
matched dollar for dollar by the applying neighborhood organization using a
combination of cash, in-kind contributions and volunteer labor.
Grant funds can only be used for projects that are accessible, benefit the
entire neighborhood, and allow all residents the opportunity to participate,
unless otherwise determined ineligible.
