Community Connections
Neighborhood Leadership and Volunteer Training

In 2004 the City of Orlando partnered with the Orange County Neighborhood Services Division to conduct a monthly Community Connections Workshop Series.

The Community Connections Workshops Series consists of twelve workshops held on the second Saturday of every month at the Orange County Regional History Center (January through December), generally beginning at 10 a.m. and ending by 12 p.m. Workshops are designed to engage, inform, and educate citizens; featuring varied topics of interest to neighborhood organizations and residents alike. The workshops are a great opportunity for neighborhood leaders to interact and learn from one another.

Workshops, topics are detailed in the Community Connections Workshop Calendar (MS Word).

To register for a Community Connections Workshop, please complete online registration or call Orange County Neighborhood Services at 407-836-0035.
