The Solid Waste Management Division is responsible for trash removal and recycling.  Contact them at 407.246.2314, or visit their website for information on residential or commercial services, or general questions.  You can also request recycling bins via the website

bullet Do I need a permit for a garage sale?

No permit is required to hold a garage sale, but City Code does not allow a person to conduct a garage or yard sale more than twice per calendar year or more than two consecutive weekends.  For more information, contact the Permitting Services Division at 407.246.2271.

The Department of Housing and Community Development website contains information on Housing Rehabilitation programs that are available to owner-occupants of single family homes within the City limits. For more information, call 407.246.2708.

To resolve discrimination-based landlord/tenant disputes, Contact the Office of Human Relations at 407.246.2122.   Otherwise, contact the Orange County Clerk of Courts at 407.423.5732.
