Junior Fire Marshal

This program is offered to the twenty-nine public and private elementary schools in the City of Orlando. Each school is encouraged to select three fifth graders and one fourth grader to participate. The students are assigned areas of the school to inspect during the school year.  They report and monitor safety hazards, burned out exit signs, etc. and are encouraged to participate in the annual school inspection completed by the Orlando Fire Department. Inspection reports are submitted monthly to the Division of Public Relations for monitoring.
