Out with the Old, In with the New: Electronic Waste
Collection and Tree Giveaway in Celebration of National
Arbor Day

WHAT: |
In celebration
of National Arbor Day and to recycle and keep
electronic waste out of the landfill, City of
Orlando residents (no businesses please) with an
ID or OUC bill for proof of residency can bring
their old electronics and attend educational
booths to receive a tree. 1,000 trees will be
available on a first come first, first served
basis.
The educational booths will
include information on how to plant and maintain
trees, City of Orlando Parks Division Tree
Programs, local recycling, community programs
including Keep Orlando Beautiful, Green Up
Orlando and Green Works Orlando. OUC and
Creative Recycling will also be onsite.

Arbor Day and help the environment by bringing
us your old electronics to be recycled and/or
plant a tree!
