Families, Parks and Recreation

Formerly the West Colonial Soccer/Rugby Fields, the Emery Hamilton Sports Complex is located on 25.5 acres west of downtown Orlando adjacent to the Central Florida Fairgrounds. Four fields are provided for multi-age league play. Restrooms, a drinking fountain and an informal parking area are also available for visitors to use.

Leashed pets are allowed at all City parks, but not in playgrounds or athletic fields. Please clean up after your pet.

Rentals and Public Use:

Emery Hamilton Sports Complex offers fields within the facility for rent for events such as birthday parties, meetings, showers, and so on.  For more information, please see the Colonialtown Program and Rental Brochure.

• Athletic Field rentals - $25 per hour - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Athletic Field rentals - $40 per hour - after 5 p.m.
• Open Fields - $50
• Ball Field Preparation and Lining - $50

Rental Policy and Procedures

• $100.00 Damage Deposit Required. Deposit will be refunded 4 to 6 weeks after rental if no damage was found after the rental.
• Insurance is not refundable and prices range from $31.00 to $80.00 and will protect any injuries that may happen during the rental.
• No Alcoholic Beverages allowed.
• All rentals must be scheduled 14 days prior to event.
• All rentals must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Rentals must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event to receive a refund.

Public Use

• The fields are open to the public at no charge during operational hours.
