Rock Lake Community Center
History ●
Highlights:
Rock Lake Park is located
adjacent to Rock Lake Elementary School just
west of downtown Orlando. Built in 2005, the
13.6-acre site is jointly used between the City
of Orlando and Rock Lake Elementary School.
Residents enjoy using the
Rock Lake Community Center
for meetings and events; as well as the
playground, tennis and basketball courts and the
multi-use playing field. A large pavilion is
used by groups as well as the school for outdoor
activities.
Rentals and Public Use:
Rock
Lake Community Center offers certain rooms within the facility
for rent for events such as birthday parties, meetings, showers, and
so on from Monday through Saturday.

Multi-Purpose Room - $50 per hour - Capacity 125 persons.

Kitchen - $15 per hour - Capacity 10 persons.

Multi-Purpose Field -
$25 per hour prior to 5 p.m. and $40 per hour
after 5 p.m.
Rental Policy and Procedures
-
$100 Damage Deposit Required. Deposit will be refunded 4
to 6 weeks after rental if no damage was found after the
rental. Insurance is not refundable and prices range from
$31 to $80 and will protect any injuries that may
happen during the rental.

No Alcoholic Beverages allowed.

All rentals must be scheduled 14 days prior to event.

All rentals must be paid in full at time of booking.

Rentals must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to event
to receive a refund.
Public Use
-
Computer Lab are open to the public at no charge during
operational hours.

Computer Lab will close for the
OASIS and MTP after
school programs from August through May from 2 p.m. - 6
p.m. Monday through Friday.
