Signal Hill Park is located adjacent to Rolling
Hills Elementary School. Operating through a joint use
agreement with the school, the
park offers a multipurpose field, basketball court,
shade pavilion, playground, fitness trails, walks and
landscaping.
Leashed pets are
allowed at all City parks, but not in playgrounds or athletic
fields. Please clean up after your pet.
