Interested in renting a park for a birthday, family reunion, wedding or a special event? The City of Orlando has many options from outdoor pavilions and picnic tables to air conditioned indoor facilities.  Just follow these 3 easy steps:

 Step 1:   Call us at (407) 246-2283 with the following information available:

• Date and type of event

• Park you are interested in

• Area in park (ex. Large Pavilion)

• Expected attendance at event

• Contact name, telephone number and email address

Once the availability of your requested location and date is verified by Parks Division staff, a rental application will be provided.

 Step 2:   Upon receipt of completed application, staff will contact you to make payment arrangements.  Once payment has been made IN FULL you will receive a rental contract for signature.

 Step 3:   Sign contract and return to the Parks Division office by email scan, fax, or in person.

Payment must be made in full, and contract signed, no later than 3:00 pm on the Wednesday before your event date. _______________________________________________________________________

 ·         Rental and insurance fees will vary based upon the number of people, the facility and the type of event.

·         Payment in full is required to secure a rental.

·         Some activities or uses, such as inflatable devices, tents or electricity (where available), require park rental and may require an additional permit, insurance or fee.

 Tip:  Before reserving your space, visit the park to make sure the location and surrounding amenities will meet your needs.
