2nd Annual Kool Playgrounds “Where The Fun Starts” Golf Tournament

WHAT: The City of Orlando's Families, Parks and Recreation Department's Recreation Division would like to invite you to its second annual Kool Playgrounds "Where The Fun Starts” Golf Tournament on Saturday, November 1 at Stoneybrook East Golf Club. The golf tournament will benefit Orlando Community and Youth Trust, a non-profit organization that fundraises for the City’s Families, Parks, and Recreation Department to provide scholarships, programs and activities that are not regularly part of the department's allocated funds. Projects and activities funded by the Orlando Community and Youth Trust enhance the quality of life for youth, families, and senior citizens living in the City of Orlando. Last year’s tournament raised $15,000 that went to athletics and youth initiatives, additional senior programming, and enhancements to the City’s recreation centers.

Corporate foursomes, foursomes, and individual players are invited to participate in this best ball scramble format tournament. Registration begins at 7 a.m. and shot gun starts at 8:30 a.m. The title sponsor is Kool Playgrounds, and other sponsorship opportunities are available including hole, awards luncheon, and food and beverage sponsorship.
