ORLANDO GIS data request form

According to the Sunshine Laws of the State of Florida, Orlando GIS allows citizens to request most* City of Orlando's GIS data. In order to facilitate requests please click on the appropriate format below to access a request form and a FAX cover sheet. Once the forms are completed, either email or FAX the completed form to Orlando GIS at the address/FAX number below.
