City Relief Efforts to Assist Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island families: Provides information about local public and community services, including public school system, universities, social services, business assistance, and more.


The City of Orlando HOLA office provides valuable information and referral services to bilingual residents and newcomers to Central Florida, connecting them with more than 100 government and community organizations to find jobs, housing, healthcare services, educational opportunities and other resources.

When visiting the HOLA outreach center, families and individuals will meet with staff members who will help them identify local resources based on the information provided. Visitors will have access to in-house information, computers and bilingual personnel to help with their search.

Since opening in 2004, the HOLA office has served nearly 200,000 citizens through in-person visits, calls and emails.

Orlando is a community that attracts new residents from across the country and around the globe. The HOLA office is a wonderful resource, helping connect citizens to all that our City has to offer.
